And just like that…Thanksgiving is over. Our dinner consisted of a lemon herb turkey (with aioli), chipotle cranberries, orange rolls, green beans, bourbon pecan pie…you get the idea. My family knows not only how to eat, but how to eat well.
So, now the question becomes…what to do with leftovers. I received a request for a turkey leftover post, but I feel like there are already so many great options out there. Personally, I prefer turkey eaten cold from the fridge in the middle of the night (yup…that happened).
Rather than dream up something new, I thought what might be helpful is to post the tried and true. All the recipes below can be easily adopted to include some turkey. Let me know in the comments if you try any…and your fave way to polish off the rest of the bird.
